About Us
A National Platform for Empowering Women in the Energy Sector
The Women and Energy Association works to develop women’s expertise and build an influential professional network in the energy sector, through eight quality programs and initiatives, and strategic partnerships with leading national and international entities, foremost among them the International Atomic Energy Agency, KAPSARC, and the Ministry of Energy. We seek to support women’s participation in the sector and strengthen their role in innovation and decision-making.

The Women and Energy Community brings together more than 2000 members and beneficiaries of the Association’s programs, and aims to strengthen communication among female leaders, experts, and those interested in the energy sector, exchange knowledge, and create new professional opportunities through the digital membership portal and the “Istisharah” platform for individual knowledge consultations.
