WE Rise Mentorship Program

Program Elements:

  1. Mentorship Sessions:
    1-1 sessions structured around monthly themes to provide mentees with personalized guidance and foster growth.
  1. Workshops:
    Workshops covering key areas in the energy sector, leadership, and career growth, with a focus on empowering women in energy.
  1. Leadership Insights:
    Sessions featuring industry leaders sharing success stories and key insights to inspire and empower mentees.
  1. Innovation Challenge
    A project-based competition where mentees work in teams within a selected track to showcase their skills, creativity, and impact in the energy sector.

 

Acceptance Requirements:

  • Member of Women & Energy Association
  • Saudi female professionals
  • 5 years or less of work experience
  • Currently employed in the energy sector or relevant fields (e.g., sustainability, engineering, technology, or energy-related policy)
  • Demonstrates strong integrity, ethical conduct, and leadership potential
  • Exhibits a strong interest in career growth and contributing to the energy industry
  • Commitment to attending all required sessions, workshops, and events throughout the program
