It achieves this by building strategic partnerships with industry employers, preparing female graduates, matching them with suitable career opportunities, and supporting them throughout their employment journey in alignment with labor market needs and the objectives of\u00a0<strong>Saudi Vision 2030<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The initiative operates through an integrated model that combines technical training, career mentoring, job matching, and collaboration with employers to ensure a smooth transition from university to the workforce.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SANA<\/strong>\u00a0serves as the primary development pathway within the TAQAT Initiative.
