About the Program<\/strong><\/h2>\n

WE Spark<\/strong>\u00a0is a national program delivered by the\u00a0Women and Energy Association<\/strong>\u00a0to prepare Saudi female university students for careers in energy transition through a progressive learning pathway that combines academic and practical training in collaboration with leading national and international universities and institutions.<\/p>\n

The program aims to develop a new generation of highly qualified Saudi women equipped with the knowledge and skills required to contribute to the evolving energy sector. The one-year journey begins with a virtual foundation phase and progresses through increasingly advanced stages, culminating in an international summer program at world-renowned universities.<\/p>\n
